Global Conductor provides our clients with experienced Program & Project Management consultants to support managing multiple global workstreams or projects which need to exceed business goals according a defined methodology and approach. Our Program Management approach focuses on tighter integration, closely knit communications and more control over program resources and priorities. Our Project Management facilitates the centralized management by an individual to plan, organize, control and deploy key milestones, deliverables and resources from inception through stabilization, according to customer goals.
Global Conductor provides our clients with experienced Functional and Technical ERP consultants and Business Analysts to support key activities throughout the Systems Implementation Lifecycle. Key skillsets include requirements elicitation, evaluation and selection, design, configuration, testing and deployment. In addition to supporting full life cycle projects we also have proven experience with project recovery, software upgrades, process improvement initiatives and production back-fill support.
Global Conductor is an established Systems Integrator that supports our clients in the implementation of enterprise systems projects in the areas of Finance, HR/Benefits, Payroll and Supply Chain. Although we remain agnostic through software and Business Process Outsource (BPO) selections, we partner with Oracle, Workday, Deloitte Consulting, IBM Global Business Services and ADP to meet our Client needs. Our niche is to advocate a more client-balanced project team that coordinates across the various internal and external entities.
