As the leader of both Global Conductor Consulting and Construction corporations, Troy Edgar brings more than 25 years of industry and consulting experience to the company, delivering professional services to many F500 and Global 1000 organizations in the high technology, automotive, consumer products, telecommunications, entertainment, financial services, aerospace, and public sector industries.
Under Edgar’s leadership and direction, Global Conductor has significantly grown its client activities with operations in major cities throughout North America, Europe and Asia. Before founding Global Conductor, Edgar held several director positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, including ERP Consulting Practice Leader responsible for building a $40 million business that included: Strategy, Finance & HCM Transformation and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Key client responsibilities included roles as global Program Manager responsible for managing and delivering projects worldwide for a variety of U.S. and Japanese multinational corporations. Prior to that, Edgar spent nearly a decade in the aerospace industry at McDonnell Douglas and Boeing, serving as the CFO and CIO for the company’s $3.0 billion Military Transport Aircraft business, as well as other key positions within the logistics, manufacturing and MRP planning organizations.
Edgar is a frequent industry speaker at prominent professional organizations and technology vendors user conferences on subjects that include management and organizational leadership, global program management, and operations and IT strategy and delivery. He has been a guest lecturer at the University of Southern California. Edgar holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles.
Mr. Seward leads Global Conductor’s client engagement and project delivery in the US Central Region. A brilliant leader in a diverse range of business areas, Shanon consistently drives high quality results, delivering new technologies and solutions in IT and Business Process Transformation, ERP, Digital, and Web/Mobile Applications. With a strong background of working C-level leadership at Fortune 500 companies, Shanon has led global projects with budgets up to $25M in the automotive, insurance, media, and financial services industries.

With over 30 years of Operations, Management, Supply Chain and Leadership experience, Suzanne Weekley has a unique blend of strategic and technical knowledge.
Suzanne spent over 26 years of her career working for The Boeing Company and has held several key leadership positions there. Most notably Director of Operations and Customer Services for a 2-billion-dollar program and Program Manager for a 195-million-dollar program. In these two positions Suzanne was responsible for profit and loss on elements of each program. In addition, she provided strategic and day to day guidance to direct reports, peers and executive leadership above her.
Suzanne has a strong background working directly for some of the highest levels of leadership. These include Senior VP and President level individuals of organizations within Boeing with over 2K employees. This has given her the uncommon ability to work at all levels in an organization.
Suzanne has been recognized on several occasions for her leadership ability as well as solving rare and challenging issues on numerous projects throughout her career.
Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University Long Beach and an MBA from The New York Institute of Technology.
Mr. Coppel is a highly-valued principal and trusted senior advisor at Global Conductor. Gary has gathered more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance and is responsible for a wide range of critical functions at GC, including the firm’s accounting, investments, payroll, facilities planning and management, purchasing, risk management, and financial, legal and human resources compliance.
Additionally, Gary is the heart of the firm and maintains strong relationships with both clients and employees throughout the organization. Gary earned his BS in Accounting at University of Colorado, Boulder and has been with Global Conductor since 2004.
Dan Shortall, Sr. Director of Strategic Staffing, brings over 25 years of successful staffing experience to Global Conductor.
Dan is charged with the growth and development of the Global Conductor staffing brand and works closely with senior management to ensure the future success of the company. His daily task includes providing high levels of customer service to all clients and ensure that successful deliver is always a top priority.
Dan has a unique combination of experience where he was successful as a Sr. Executive Recruiter and an accomplished Sales Professional. With a background that includes over 6 years of internal Human Resources Staffing experience, he has worked as a Sr. Staffing Consultant for both State Street Corporation and the Orange County Teachers Federal Credit Union. In addition, Dan spearheaded the development and start-up of FBC Staffing, a successful regional staffing company that he eventually merged into a larger organization.
Dan prides himself in his ability to provide great levels of service to all clients ranging from smaller local companies to global Fortune 500 clients. Dan holds a Bachelors Degree from Sonoma State University and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from CSU Fullerton.
